Empty rooms undersell a home
A vacant condo photographs as a set of white boxes. Buyers can't tell whether a dining table fits beside the kitchen or whether the second bedroom takes a queen bed. Many of them will scroll past rather than book a showing to find out.
Staging answers those questions in the photos. Physical staging means renting furniture, moving it in, and paying for it every month the listing sits. Virtual staging puts the furniture into the photographs instead, so the unit can stay empty and ready for showings.
Style that suits the property
A condo with water views reads best with light colors and low furniture that keeps the eye on the windows. A larger home in a club community can carry more color and pattern. A 1970s house often suits simple mid-century pieces. We start from the property and the likely buyer, and use the moodboards on this site as a shared starting point.
Who it's for
Listing agents use staging for vacant homes and estate sales. Builders and developers use interior renders to sell units before they are finished. Sellers planning updates use restyling previews to see a room with new floors or paint before they spend on the work.
Services
Virtual staging
Room-by-room staging of listing photos in a style that fits the home.
Interior renders
Living areas, kitchens, primary suites and lanais drawn from plans.
Restyling previews
Existing rooms shown with new finishes, clearly labeled as previews.
Label staged and restyled photos. Virtual staging adds furniture that won't be there when buyers visit. Mark staged photos as virtually staged, keep the original photo, and check your MLS and brokerage rules before you upload.

Common questions
How much does virtual staging cost?
It depends on the number of rooms, how much each one needs, and the revision rounds you want. We send a written quote after seeing your photos, so you know the full cost first.
Can you remove the current furniture first?
Usually, yes. Clearing a furnished room before restaging it takes more work than staging an empty room, so it is quoted separately.
Do buyers need to be told?
Yes. Label staged and restyled photos and keep the originals in your files. Check your MLS and brokerage rules before uploading.
Are the rooms on this site real projects?
No. The moodboards are concepts and the photoreal rooms are AI-generated samples made for this site. We don't show client work without permission.
